The Eagle Rock community is administered by its HOA Board. All members on your Board are volunteers that are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for you and your families as well as protecting the value of our homes.
The website was developed to provide you with a single location to access contacts, copies of minutes from meetings, forms for submitting ARC (architectural review committee) requests, and an avenue to voice your concerns to your Board for review, and when warranted, possible resolution of those concerns. The voice may not only be concerns, but an opportunity to share meaningful suggestions that might benefit others in the community!
The CONTACT US section of this site guides you on reaching out to the Board. Completion of the contact us form notifies the website administrator of a submission that is then reviewed by the Board members. We can assure you that your submissions will be reviewed and responded to timely.
All issues in our community, either those brought to our attention by our community homeowners, or those that we uncover are reviewed by the Board for any needed disposition.
Please Note!
It is the responsibility of each homeowner to ensure all garbage is secured for collection, and any that spills MUST be cleaned up. Thank you for keeping our community clean and safe.
When possible, please refrain from parking on the street at night. It is a safety issue. Additionally, during the winter with any warning of a snow event, it is mandatory that nobody be parked on the street at any time which would impede the township plow from effectively clearing off our streets.
Please observe the stop signs in our community. They are there for your safety.
