There are currently three open “issues” that the Board is actively working on.
- The final results of our efforts to make the intersection safe are in….PennDot has changed the signage prior to the approach to our intersection from the direction of Rt30! Signage change is two fold….one the old signage which showed left turn only has been changed to show cars are now approaching an intersection. Also the reduced speed sign to 40mph has been adjusted to be more visible. Finally a school bus stop sign has been put in place. Certainly not all we wanted but at least progress…
2. The Retention Pond is very close to being complete….as all can see the work was extensive and has taken some more of our open space. We have made arrangements with the EPA and the Franklin County District for us to be copied on the certification and approval or rejection of all work that was done!
